My performance and nutrition plans are designed for athletes at all levels, if you stick to the information provided then I guarantee results or offer you a 30-day money back guarantee.
The entry level package is for the ahtlete who:
Doesn’t need much support with your nutrition.
Want to be healthy but are ok with your triathlon or fight performance right not.
Want accountability and have basic performance nutrition knowledge
Are OK with your race or fight day routine.
The improver package is for the athlete who:
Wants continued support via email.
Is looking to increase your performance with nutrition guidance.
Looking to drop weight or fat for a specific event or class.
Would benefit from support over Skype/face to face work.
Wants your race and fight day nutrition taken care of by nutrition specialists.
For the serious or professional athlete.
Tired of underperforming in your triathlons, races or events.
Happy with your looks but wanting to improve your performance in your field.

WHAT DO I GET?
I’ll send a questionnaire out to you to fill in, once this is returned depending on the plan selected you will receive your excel sheet with a template training and non-training day (if this is required, sometimes we will go on average calories depending on the client), along with this plan will be notes included within and also a PDF with a lot of other questions and advice on how to swap food if needed.
HOW OFTEN DO I CHECK IN, IS THIS DOWN TO ME?
You can check-in as much as your chosen plan allows you to do so, either weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. What I do say is that you have to contact us I can’t chase all of my clients for their check-ins. We are all adults and it isn’t fair to the committed people checking in getting 100% of their results for us to be chasing the people who aren’t committed. Of course, I understand life happens and you may miss the odd check-in, you may be on holiday but to get the best results you must check in regularly.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The results will be down to how closely you follow the plan, we will agree on your goals and whether these are realistic within the given time frame, once agreed you will get these results by following the plan.
I AM NOT AN ATHLETE, IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes, I have worked with people who are just doing this for fun or to get fit and never even done an event all the way up to full-time professionals including athletes competing in the Tour De France and world championship events with great success. I’m not worried about your status but more to the point that you give everything you agree to when you sign up, people must want results is all that matters.
WHAT IS PERFORMANCE NUTRITION?
Performance nutrition is specific to getting you to improve your performance whether that is just in your day to day life, business or family surroundings or as an athlete in triathlon, boxing, MMA, cycling, running, whatever your chosen sport may be.
BUT I HAVE A COACH ALREADY?
What I have found over the years is that a lot of coaches are amazing at programming but their specific nutrition knowledge gets out dated very quickly and doesn’t produce the results you will want with your investment. I work alongside your coach, not treading on their toes, but complimenting their programming and allowing you to fuel these sessions to really get the most out of them. You look at any successful athlete and they will have experts in all areas, I cover the nutrition.
DO YOU PROGRAM TRIATHLON?
I don’t program triathlon, I’m a nutritionists, whilst I have programmed on a small number of occasions each client has had a specific desire to be programmed by me for a certain reason, if you require programming I have built up a network of world-renowned coaches I can refer you to, just ask.
